remortage bad credit how can i do it?
pls help i need to remortgage and get money out of my house i need 11,000.I have very bad credit and cant even get loans iv missed a few mortgage payments but im up to date now.i want to stay with my mortgage company as im still have a fixed rate till next year

Not sure. The market is so crappy right now that even people with GOOD credit are having issues. You may have to wait for the market to improve.
But on a positive side… “where theres a will, theres a way”. There are always loop holes, you just have to find them.

So you have $11,000 in CC debt? I know that sounds like a lot, but there are plenty of ppl out there who have MUCH more than that. The average is $20k, and if its not CC debt, its student loans.
The best thing to do is just pay your credit cards.
Pay more than the minimum balance.
Try to do a balance transfer of a high interest card to a low or 0% interest card.
Pay the high interest cards first to get rid of them
See if you can get a home equity line of credit & borrow against that if you absolutely have to pay off your CC

You can find a remortgage even with that situation. You just need to shop and ask around.
Try Loan-Com.info and search for “bad credit mortgage”. They have dozens of offers for that kind of thing.
