Can I get a loan for a mortgage deposit?
I have no debts but have no deposit for a home either, and most lenders want a hefty deposit. Rather than staying in my awful rented flat for the next 5 years to save a deposit I’d rather move now and be saving my rent money and paying it off a mortgage too. Can I take a loan out for say £25k and use this as my deposit or will my mortgage lender immediately take this off the loan and say I effectively have no deposit?

I didn’t want some scammers to OFFER me a loan, the point of the question was, in theory is it possible to use a loan in this way, for a deposit.
Most of you can’t even speak English properly or spell, how the heck do you expect anybody to get a loan from you, do you think people are all crazy???
